BBPP Student Ambassadors

Application Form

Thank you for your interest in becoming a student ambassador for the BBPP.

The Jesus College Access Team is looking to recruit student ambassadors to assist with the running of webinars, taster sessions and visit day. Full information on the programme can be found here. Any further questions should be directed to access@jesus.ox.ac.uk.

In this form, we'll ask some information about your studies at Oxford and interest in helping with the programme. 

Applications should be submitted no later than 9am on Friday 13th March 2026. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

We're particularly keen to hear from potential ambassadors from representative backgrounds.

Please note all employment with Jesus College will be subject to holding a valid right-to-work in the UK.

Data Storage

Student data will be stored on a database in accordance with Jesus College’s Data Protection Policy, which can be found here: https://www.jesus.ox.ac.uk/about-jesus-college/our-community/public-documents/.

Data Sharing

Jesus College may need to share your information with University of Oxford colleges or departments in order to assess applications and to plan, deliver, promote and evaluate the programme. Any shared data will be stored securely by the receiver and in line with appropriate data protection legislation. 

Your Rights

Under the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to a copy of the data held about you by us. If you have any concerns about the use of data for these purposes or would like a copy of the data you have supplied directly to us, requests should be made in writing on: access.fellow@jesus.ox.ac.uk.
