We require a digital passport-style photograph of you (head and shoulders only). This will be used for internal College purposes only and will be shared with College staff.

          Section 7. Arrival arrangements

          All undergraduate freshers are expected to arrive in College to start Michaelmas Term on Sunday 4 October 2026. If you need to arrive in College earlier than this date on Saturday 3 October (e.g. international students or those with a disclosed individual requirement) please contact the Accommodation Team to make the necessary arrangements.

          Please note, we do not expect anyone to arrive before Saturday 3 October unless prior approval has been granted.
