Important note on contract length: There are 3 types of contract length available: 9 months, 12 months, 9+3 months.
- 9 month contracts (term time)
- 12 month contracts are only available in the Cheng Yu Tung Building (en-suite rooms) or at our annex sites
- 9+3 month contracts are for 9 months in an ensuite room in the Cheng Yu Tung Building during term time and for 3 months in a centrally located room in the summer (no en-suite)
